Endocrine system: Hormones & Exercise
Hormones play an important role in human body functions and in this workshop you will understand the correlation between hormones & exercises.
Exercise Physiology
Exercise physiology provides an understanding of how body responds to the increased demand of energy during exercise.

Integrated Training course
This chapter gives you the complete knowledge about all types of exercises which includes cardio, weight training,stetching & stability exercises.
Kinesiology and Biomechanics
This involves the study of human body movements. This will help fitness professionals to analyze human body movements and make decisions regarding safety & effectiveness of movements.
Basic Nutrition
This will help fitness professionals to get knowledge about general nutrition, basic nutrition principles to be followed along with the exercise program.
Physiology of training
This presents cardio training, resistance training & flexibility training principles that should be applied during initial training session & for progression sessions. Application of theory in practical
Functional assessment
A proper knowledge about assessment can provide valuable health, fitness and performance information for the trainers to use in exercise programme planning ,implementation and also to gauge progress as well as continue the client-trainer relationship by periodic reassessments.
Functional assessment
This training includes lots of practical sessions and the training focuses on strengthening the muscles and explaining the relationship between entire kinetic chain with reference to postural alignment of the joints. It focuses on the concept of “straighten the body before strengthening it” and restore good joint alignment and muscle balance across joints.
